Dear customers all of our shipments insured through the carrier,
therefore if there is any kind of damage we will replace damaged
tiles right away. However, please note that it is your responsibility
to inspect the box and note any damage on driver’s paperwork;
notify us immediately if any damage is found. If you do not
note and report damage right away we may not be able to process
your replacement.
Our policy on tin ceiling tile returns:
Tin ceiling tiles are non-returnable.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase there for we
offer small and full size tin ceiling tile samples. If you
are not familiar or unsure if this is the right ceiling tile
for you please order a sample. All samples available for immediate
shipment.
