RETURN POLICY!

You can return King Co. ceiling tiles with no questions asked within 14 days. However, we charge 30% restocking fee and only accept returns if the box has not been opened, is un-damaged and the tiles have not been used. If you return the box with used tiles it is going to be salvaged with no refunds issued.

The customer is responsible for actual shipping costs to and from him (the shipping cost is non-refundable). Please note if we ship you the product at no charge and you decide to return the product you will be responsible for the actual shipping cost to and from you.


REMEMBER, if you are unsure about the tile we encourage you to order a sample. All full size (2’x2) ceiling tile samples available to be shipped right away.
