We want you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase from Colorado-Ceilings.com, therefore we offer samples of all the products and we strongly suggest ordering a sample before placing your order. If you are not satisfied with an In-Stock Item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery with 30% restocking fee of the purchase price, minus the shipping to and from you location, handling, or other charges. The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit. Larger orders of In-Stock Items where total or combined purchase price is$2500.00 or greater are non-returnable. All larger orders have discounted pricing and free or deeply discounted shipping cost; therefore we would not accept any returns on these products. If for any reason you are unsure about the product please request a sample first.
Please note, items listed as Advanced Sale Items are non-returnable! Advanced Sale Items have been either custom manufactured or imported from Europe just for your order and cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Specialist right away at 303-745-2402. Please be prepared to supply your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. Please do not ship the items back unless authorized to do so by Customer Service Specialist and provided return authorization code. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the original shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

Returning an Item:
If you need to return your item(s) please contact a Customer Service Specialist at 303-745-2402 for instructions on how to correctly return an order or how to arrange a freight delivery pickup for your items. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. It is recommended that you use suggested company by Customer Service Representative for your return. Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. To receive credit, items must be shipped within 10 days of delivery. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 days of our receiving your returned product.

Return Exceptions:
All sales are final for Advanced Sale Items. These items cannot be returned. AGAIN, THESE ITEMS WILL BE CLASSIFIED AS A NON-RETURNABLE ITEM. At this time Colorado-Ceilings.com will not accept any returns that has been used, tailored or personalized. If you ship NON-RETURNABLE ITEM back do not expect the refund. If you return In-Stock Item outside of allowed time frame or ship item back without prior authorization by a Customer Service Specialist - do not expect the refund.`Larger orders of In-Stock Items where total or compbined purchase price is$2500.00 or greater are non-returnable. Manufacturer's Warranties:
Many of the items that are sold on Colorado-Ceilings.com come with a manufacturer's warranty. For additional information on the manufacturer's warranty for a specific product, contact our customer service department.

Colorado-Ceilings.com specializes in distribution of decorative ceiling materials for commercial and residential interiors, therefore due to this nature many of our products need to be custom manufactured or brought from overseas. Therefore we strongly suggest not to make any assumptions on the colors, patterns or any other specifics of any of our products and order a sample! Most of samples available from stock and can be shipped within 24 hours.
